I have been busy. I have been married for 24 years and counting to my husband Josh. We have 4 wonderful children together Makenna, Liam, Isaak, and Dexter. I have been a stay at home mom, I have been an employee, and I have been an entrepreneur. I have reached a point in my life where I am reclaiming ME! I have been working on the best of me, and I want others to grow and be the best of themselves. Follow along with me while I explore how to be the best of me so you can learn how to be the best of you.



WhyI started this podcast.

I have always been passionate about helping women. I find myself older but still having dreams. Then the negative self-talk starts: “You are just a mom”, “You are too late”, “You are not good enough”. I realized other moms felt the same way. So, I decided to follow my dreams, and I want to share the journey so others will follow their dreams too. I know there will be failures. I know there will be wins. Let’s create an environment where we are there for each other. And maybe, just maybe, we can have some fun along the way.

favorite place

One of my most favorite places to visit is Glacier National Park. The air and the water is just different up there. It is a very peaceful place to be.

currently inspired by

I grab inspiration through many people daily. Sometimes its fleeting and sometimes it sticks around a little longer. 


I love to spend time with my family, love a good movie, dinner date out, browsing through Target with a Starbucks, addicted to home decore shows and accounts.

morning routine

Wake up, pray, walk or yoga, protein shake, drink a bottle of water, coffee, shower, dress, and then start my day!

nighttime routine

Wind down with TV, internet, or a book. Go to sleep.

movement routine

In the morning I will walk. I do crossfit in the evening 3 to 4 times a week.

currently reading

I am currently reading Think Like a Monk by Jay Shetty and the Bible.

What I want to learn or get better at

Meditation is a goal. I have been trying it, but I have not been successful at it. It is something I am hoping to accomplish this year.
