Quiet Time

As a busy mom it is very hard to find time for yourself, let alone  “quiet time”. In this episode I will talk about the two places I get “quiet time”. Spoiler alert it is in my car and in my morning routine. Having time to sit in silence has been a key factor of maintaining a growth mindset.
